The single hiring of the services that NUThost S.R.L. puts on sale implies the total acceptance of the following conditions:

NUThost S.R.L. reserves the right to deny or to cancel the services contracted by the user with or without previous notification if incurs in any conduct or activity that NUThost S.R.L. considers abuse or violation of some of the terms and conditions exposed here, or any other violation to national or international laws, not taking any responsibility of the consequences of the cancellation of the service.

The user will be absolutely responsible by the contents incorporated in his sites, and by the consequences that these contents can bring to the servers, to the domain, to NUThost S.R.L. and/or third people, being responsible for the costs generated from the actions required, the damage and any other cost or indemnification fixed by justice to case of taking part.

NUThost S.R.L. considers the user and only person in charge, to the holder of the service. In case the user resell our service, the only person responsible of all the sites or domains will be the holder of the service with us that work through their account in the equipments and networks of NUThost S.R.L..

The user must assure that the use of the service that offers NUThost S.R.L. does not generate problems on the operation of the servers, the network of NUThost S.R.L. and conflicts to third parts.

NUThost S.R.L. reserves the right to completely deny, cancel or to suspend momentarily the services contracted by the user with or without previous notification if the site or the sites of himself affects to the normal operation of the servers or harm directly to NUThost S.R.L. or a third part.

NUThost S.R.L. reserves the right to impose restrictions to the CPU processes, and/or limits to the capacity of process of the account of the user, to prevent the interruption of the service to other users.

The services contracted with NUThost S.R.L. must be used exclusively with allowed aims. It is not allowed the use of any of our services breaking any local Law, national or international, or simply affect the moral or are offensive for any person or group of people.

While using the services contracted with NUThost S.R.L., the user will not be able to:

- To disclose or to transmit illegal, abusive, difamaty, racist, offensive, or any other type of information of this kind, using photographies, texts, banners or external page connections.

- To publish, transmit, reproduce, distribute or operate any information or software that contains virus or any other harmful component.

- To publish, transmit, reproduce, distribute or operate any software or another material that is not original.

- To publish, transmit, reproduce, distribute, or explode material that can infringe rights of intellectual property.

- To publish sites that have as objective the illegal obtaining of keys to access to banking accounts, email accounts or others.

- To publish or facilitate material on hacking, cracking, or any other information that NUThost S.R.L. considers unsuitable.

- To publish, to transmit, to reproduce, to distribute or to explode material that contains infantile pornography or any related marketing research.

Any use of the service for illicit aims will authorize to NUThost S.R.L. to suspend the services contracted without previous warning.

NUThost S.R.L. reserves the right to remove or to cancel the access to any material without copyright authorization or incurs some of the aforesaid prohibitions. These materials could at any time be eliminated, without previous warning, before the single reception of the complaint and/or notification of infraction to the author rights or any other harmed person.

The Web sites whose intention is the distribution of archives (galleries of photos, MP3, downloads of any kind, etc.) will be considered case by case. A site can be considered of this kind, when more than 20% of its content, is dedicated to archives for distribution.

NUThost S.R.L. reserves the right to deny or to cancel the services contracted by the user if their site or sites are considered within this category.

It is prohibited the use of the service for the installation of a node of torrent.

NUThost S.R.L., does not authorize sending all type of not asked e-mails. Any user who use service in acts of this type, immediately will be suspended. The acceptance of these terms and conditions, compromise the user to the aceptance of the Anti-Spam Policy of NUThost S.R.L.. In case of sendin SPAM, the user will be responsible of all damages.

NUThost S.R.L. will not be responsible for loss of data in the servers caused by users, failures in our system or updates in our servers. Backup of the site is responsibility of the user maintaining. Also it is responsibility of the user to maintain under defense mails of the webmail system and the passwords to access the site and other systems installed user´s account.

8.1. Once asked for the service, we will send to your email the information of service so you can begin to work. The user will have seven (7) days run to make the corresponding payment. In case of not making the payment within this term, the user will loss the service with no need of notification.

8.2. The user will be able to cancel service at any time asking it with an email to bajas@nuthost.com, specifying the reasons for this. Those users who ask for the loss of a service will not have right to demand the return of any amount in any concept.

The user will have 7 days to make the payment after asking the service. The payments of existing services will have to be paid without exception from the 1 to 10 of every corresponding month.

Of not being fulfilled the terms established, NUThost S.R.L. reserves the right of suspension of the service. NUThost S.R.L. can determine the elimination of all the information in the server from the user account when considers it opportune without becoming responsible by the loss of it in the unpaid account.

The payment of the service must be done per advanced month.

NUThost S.R.L. reserves the right to introduce modifications in the characteristics and prices of the services. All notification that affects the technical characteristics of the supplied services will take place through our Web site directly (http://www.nuthost.com).

Although NUThost S.R.L. reserves the right to modify the price of the services at any time, the prices agreed with the hiring of a service are guaranteed by the contracted period.

The conditions and norms enunciated here could be modified by NUThost S.R.L., when it considers it opportune.
